Sep 5, 2023 - Dismantling Wind Turbines for Coal Mines German energy policy is once again under scrutiny after energy company RWE began dismantling a wind-farm in order to make way for a lignite coal-mine. The decision has drawn criticism from environmental groups, and highlights germnay’s paradoxical energy policy, that saw it decommission its last nuclear power stations earlier this year replacing them with coal.
