Aug 11, 2022 - Groundbreaking HVDC Interconnection Linking Saudi Arabia and Egypt The first-ever large-scale HVDC interconnection linking the Middle East and North Africa will enable the exchange of electricity between Saudi Arabia and Egypt, increase grid resilience and support a carbon-neutral future.
